Meet Cissy
Hey there, I’m a hairstylist with over 20 years of experience, and I absolutely love what I do! When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me enjoying life with my husband, two wonderful kids (and their spouses), and my five grandkids—who are the true lights of my life and keep me on my toes.
I have a serious case of wanderlust and am on a mission to visit all 50 states—each trip with my bestie, Vicky, fills my joy cup and inspires my creativity; I love my community. And I’m passionate about working alongside others to help those in need through various local events. I find it incredibly fulfilling and it brings me so much joy.
At Shear Happiness by Cissy, I’m excited to create a cozy, fun atmosphere where everyone feels like family and leaves feeling fabulous.

Enjoy a fresh haircut and style, a rejuvenating wash, or achieve seamless gray coverage with our expert coloring techniques. Enhance your look with beautiful highlights or opt for a perm to add some bounce to your hair. We also offer waxing services for a polished finish. My goal is to have you leave feeling and looking your best!
